Sorry folks - this is still a work in progress - trying to see what works and what doesn't with the format until then look at these wonderful pancakes I made with my bro and ate with (self defrosted and caramelised)rasberrys, lemon slices, sugar and a dollop of freshly whipped double cream. Mmmm
